We started with Goomi Group when I met Mika Leah at a wellness symposium. At the time, we enjoyed having Goomi Group come to our office to do Boardroom Yoga and meditation classes. Now, since the COVID-19 lockdown, they have provided FREE weekly 30-minute live, online classes, ranging from real workouts to yoga, meditation and sound baths. I look forward to every Thursday morning to get a mid-morning break. It’s a great way to kick off the rest of my day!
