How do you hire and screen instructors?

All of our instructors are thoroughly vetted. We require 5+ years of experience, referrals, and they must have a passion to help others get healthy & happy.

Do I have to provide my employees with equipment?

No. Goomi classes do not require props of any type.

Is there a minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is $3,000

Is there a cap on how many employees can attend a session?

We have NO minimum or maximum amount of participants for a session, we are only limited to the space capacity of your on-site location or your virtual webinar software.

What are your cancellation policies?

You can cancel or reschedule your classes up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund.

Do you offer any discounts?

Based on spend, we offer added value in the form of a free subscription to our virtual library.

What support can you offer to the Remote Workforce or Work From Home Employee base?

All classes and sessions can be offered virtually.

Are there any extra benefits to hosting a virtual session vs. on-site?

Goomi offers recordings for all virtual sessions, for those employees that weren’t able to participate in the original session or for those that want to watch it again.

What types of clients do you work with?

We have clients in almost every states in the US and in Asia, Europe and Canada. Clients include small businesses, large corporations, health insurance carriers & brokers, non-profit organizations, and private and public schools.

What platform do you use for virtual sessions?

We use Zoom to stream our seminars, however we can leverage any platform that the client provides. Other clients are using Webex, Bluejeans, and GotoMeeting.

How is Goomi implementing proper safety precautions for their on-site sessions?

Goomi will gladly follows any safety protocols already in place for your company.  At a minimum, we host contact free classes and request all attendees to bring their own mats, towels, and water bottles. Goomi will also work to set up a 6-foot social distance between participants.
